I started martial arts when I was five years old in 2002. I received a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do before transitioning into Jiu-Jitsu, Muay-Thai kickboxing, and Lameco Eskrima (weapons). I am currently a brown belt under Eddie Bravo with thirteen years of gi and no-gi Jiu-Jitsu experience. I’ve placed gold in over twenty Jiu-Jitsu competitions and have ten years of teaching experience. My latest tournament highlights include my super fight at Fight to Win 180 and NAGA Arizona at the brown / black belt level. Earlier on, I placed silver at the IBJJF world and Pan-American championships as a blue belt, as well as winning many IBJJF and SJJIF events up through the purple belt level. My goals include winning ADCC, raising world champion students and starting a self-sustained permaculture farm in the future.
